• How do I buy prints?
It's as easy as 1-2-3!
  1. Click on the photo you want to have printed.
  2. Go to the "Buy" button at the top right corner and choose "Select Product".
  3. Select the currency and shipping destination (if needed).
  4. Select the product* you would like (print, showcase, etc.) and click "Add to Cart".
  5. Click "Checkout Now" if you are ready to check out.
Note: product availability depends on the selected currency and shipping destination.
*It is also possible to buy prints for a whole gallery, by clicking on the "Buy" button in the top right corner of any gallery page.


  • Which lab will print my photos?

Depending on the shipping destination and currency you choose, your photos will be printed by any of these 3 internationally renowned labs:

  • Mpix Lab – located in the US and ships to the US and Canada
  • Photobox Lab – features multiple locations in the European Union and ships worldwide, except for the US and Canada
  • Fotoflōts – located in the US and ships worldwide

 

  • Who will handle my order?
Your order will be handled and shipped by one of the 3 labs mentioned above, depending on the type of product(s) you selected.

  • What currency can I pay with?
Currently, only US Dollars and Euros are accepted.

  • Can I crop the final image to my liking?
Yes, absolutely. You can crop the photo as well as decide on how to position it on the output media (paper, canvas, etc.).
Additionally, you can select whether you want the printing lab to correct the colors or not.


  • What form of payment can I use?
PayPal is the accepted form of payment as it is more secure than performing a regular online credit card transaction.
It is easy to use and setup.


  • What are the shipping destinations?
Shipping is available worldwide. Product availability depends on the shipping destination.

  • Can I return my order?
If you are dissatisfied with your order due to printing quality, wrong medium, etc., please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to replace it free of charge.
